How about some commandments?

1. Thou shalt not use Linux, or commit 'dual booting' for it is abomination.
2. There is only one console, thou shalt not play any other console or covet thy neighbour's console by another name.
 
3. And on the 6th version, he created Vista and said "behold it is good." And they looked upon it with awe and installed it, but it berated their machines and swore at their drives, so they hestitated. But High Priest Ballmer cried out "It's not a bug it's a feature, buy it damnit!!!!"

And some gentiles lamented that their ancient devices were not blessed by drivers. But the righteous and loyal few made the sacrifice of upgrading these ancient devices in accordance with the unspoken covenant.
