Listen, dont judge me as a GAMER based on my opinionated posts; lots of ppl here disagree with me but, with the exception of you, everyone is civil when responding to them. To everyone else human, let me expound by saying that while everything was done in jest (and yes kage, it is funny in context :)) i think that the titling was a tad inappropriate because:
1. others beside us regulars scan around looking for helpful info
2. we already have a flame thread
3. MyBB, on a whole, isnt platform bias (i hope!) and creating an xbox faq with useful info and a ps3 one with crap makes it seem otherwise.

While the fact that ps3 owners havent worked on a ps3 faq due to lack of time or shear laziness could present some with an opportunity take a stab at the ps3; in all fairness, it shouldnt. No insult to the original poster; im just sayin theres a place for everything and this isnt the place.

1) it's isn't 'official' and 2) it's not stickied, so will be lost down the way as days go by and 3) the opening line is an indication that it is a joke thread. This forum is full of them, seriously, stop being so fscking anal about it .... do your own, ask it to be stickied and be happy ok.

Well, Lazy's site is blocked so i can't see what all the hoo-ha is about. To the PS3 fans i will say this: the points of view on the PS3 from the 360 fans on this site hold about as much water as a sieve with one giant-ass hole in it. There's no way you can take these guys seriously. So let it go...you know you own the superior product - the fact that they're creating bogus threads is just a poor attempt to mask their jealousy, as well as their fallacy for choosing the wrong console. ;)

What I find more hysterical is that you yourself think PS3 owners are a bunch of idiots, why else would you think they couldn't honestly tell the difference between this thread and a real FAQ. If you're that worried, make a real one.

It appears you and many (not all) of your PS3 buddies are only interested in self inflation and baseless bragging, when some people actually come here for help. Why didn't you create a FAQ when it was asked for for the millionth time? O right, because you don't care. You only care when you're made to look silly and petty, which you're doing a fine job of right now.

And just think how many more games you could have bought if you didn't spend so much on hardware.

This thread is lazy's hoo-ha, he posted it's content. The irony is that everyone, PS3 and 360 fans took it as it was intended and had a good laugh about it.

That's such a subjective statement. Even I could agree that depending how you read that it could be true.

1. Hardware? Yeah I'd agree, but it costs, and if you don't want a BD player it's a waste, it adds nothing to the games. Does the controller count? Also subjective...
2. Games? You can't argue personal taste, but the 360 offers a wider catalogue for a broader audience (a lot more family games), and generally runs everything better.
3. Online services? Is adequate enough? For some. Is it worth it to pay a premium for a better service? How many people pay for and watch cable/satellite versus free to air SABC? Is there any argument as to which is better? No not really.
4. Community. Never underestimate the power of people. PSN is an online games platform. XBL is more like facebook - a social network. If you don't have friends with it you won't understand it. Which is why I gave Church hard time. ;)
