Mystery surrounds the methods the South African Post Office has been using to calculate its mail and courier delivery performances.

The Post Office's recently published annual report for the 2025 financial year showed the entity's mail delivery standard had improved from 45.15% to 62.13%.

It's sad that even this 62% figure SAPO lies about is pathetically low. They're so garbage they can't even figure out how to lie credibly to make themselves look even remotely competent.

The only reason government is trying to keep the SOE's running is that it allows them to claim job creation while looting the SOE's for personal gain, also not forgetting that employing people means their votes are in the bag.
