The Problems and Solutions Thread

Hi guys.

I have seen alot of people making threads where they ask for help regarding their cellphones due to an error in the software or hardware.

This thread will help all the people with their problems, this thread aims to gather problems and solutions to the various phones out at the moment.

In order to make this thread easy for searching the make and models, of the various phones, I would like to outline how to post in this thread.

If you have a PROBLEM then post as follows:

- MAKE and MODEL

- SERVICE PROVIDER

- PROBLEM

- SOLVED OR UNSOLVED (say UNSOLVE while you still need help and SOLVE if your problem has been fixed)(A simple edit to your post can do this)

If you have a SOLUTION then post as follows:

- USERNAME THAT YOU ARE RESPONDING TO

- SOLUTION
