So what? No-one gives a rat's ass about Bafana, not even the sport department. Why should we?

I think you will find more people care about the Soccer national team than Rugby. ;)

Such a fuss over a little bokkie.

Apparently the bokkie can stay, but not over the heart. He/she has to bugger off to live over the right lung. The protea blommetjie gets to live at home ( home is where the heart is ).

All well and good - be picky if you must. At least the bokkie can stay.

Except.... http://www.omahakidswear.com/images/740153.jpg

or this one

This is the Bafana-Bafana shirt....

Why isn't our national symbol on the left hand side of those bafana shirts?

Legislation will be introduced later this year that will ensure that all our national teams follow the same standard - so stop getting in a huff over nothing.

The compromise is a good one and should make everyone happy

Cool - so now all those who buy sports-team kit will have to fork out more money to get the new ' official ' gear.

As for getting in a huff over nothing, nit-picking politicing over which side of the shirt a protea or a bokkie must be seems the real huff over nothing.

Er, was just thinking aloud, hope that's O.K. with you .
