No player has tested positive during either the sri lanka mens tour or the Pakistan ladies SA ladies tour.

You might be right, no argument from me, also maybe England only want to play against the current top / best teams, catching covid playing against minnows is not a risk worth taking, who knows?

England could be using / Playing in Sri Lanka by getting use too conditions for their up coming India trip, like I said who knows?

Off topic, I have heard that the upcoming rugby tour to SA ,British Lions vs Bokke could be held in Australia, have you heard anything?

That's a rumor floating around. Not sure how concrete. It would be difficult to postpone for another year. Atleast it would be neutral for both teams
 
This was Aus schedule for 2020/2021
They were suppose to play Bangladesh in April
Zimbabwe in June
West Indies in August
They played England in September
They were suppose to play Afghanistan in 1 test in early November
They played India in November
They were suppose to play SA Feb/March

I think the evidence its pretty clear how everyone except India & England & are getting treated. 5 Nations getting screwed over by them.

This isn't new either, the pandemic is just giving them an easy excuse to cancel tours. They haven't played the west indies in anything but ICC events for 5 years

Agreed. But maybe this tour cancellation was a blessing in disguise. You know we would have got our asses handed to us.

Considering the financial state CSA is in, this cancelation is a massive blow. Apparently they lost in the region of $2m on TV rights alone. And besides, we always play better at home, not to mention having the wood over the Aussies these last few years.

There were also loads of expenses incurred to meat Aus's requirements for the tour to go ahead and then they canned it anyway.

CSA has written to the ICC, not that it matters.
 
It is sad that we have litterally nothing on our schedule after the match this Sunday. CSA better get negotiating. Screw the Aussies.

Who wants to negotiate with a cricketing body:

1. with an interim board appointed by government cos - Thabang-gate
2. from a "sh*thole country" where you can catch corona
3. doesnt get along with the broadcasters in the country
4. if you are Aus or England and ESPECIALLY if you are india, have to look Haroon Lorgat in the face after he outed them during his time at the ICC.

He had the ability to get the best out of guys! Edit: And adversity often brought out the best in him.

One of our best Test players and captains without a doubt.

I disagree he really wants to play for SA he just isn't good enough anymore
