Fenchies don't travel well but that was humiliating.

Having said that, there's something about this Lions outfit. A certain grit. Part boer part mongrel.

Could be something special brewing there.

Beating Benetton away is no mean feat. Benetton are no joke playing at home. Basically Italy. Look what they did to connacht today.

And Bulls and Stormers.
 
Great atmosphere at the CT Stadium this afternoon. Place was humming. Stormers may have taken their foot off the gas but the reality is that scoreline flattered Harlequins. At 32 - 7 down with 6 minutes to play, they were never going to win.

We now play the winner of Exeter and Montpellier. A win for Exeter sees us going there while a Montpellier win means a home QF.
 
So loss again NZL but still made it to the QF then we lost that against Fiji to get knocked out and now lost against Argentina. We only just managed a win against Kenya also.

We aren't the hot favourites in 7s anymore... :confused:
 
Toulouse strong favourites tonight against the Bulls.

Remember the last time the Bulls played against a team where they were firm underdogs?

The Bulls are in a spot of trouble. Losing all their games all over the show.

That makes them even more desperate so maybe but it's an away game so I don't think they can make it.

Let's see who will play the Stormers. Montpellier or Exeter Chiefs. Montpellier looking good.

Final score is a draw at 33 each.

Exeter Chiefs qualify based on try count.

The Stormers will travel to Sandy Park next week to face Exeter Chiefs and if today is the standard of officiating the Stormers are in for a difficult game.

Bulls are in a big spot of trouble as the back to back losses in all leagues continue.

They are knocked out of the HCC but I don't think they were ever in to be honest.
 
Doesn't help when Jake openly says at the start of the season they can't compete with the best in Europe. Can't be good for the players to hear that.

Stormers and Sharks will have to earn wins the hard way. Probably a tougher adk for the Sharks but they do have a team that could best Toulouse.

One win away from a semi final and from there anything could happen. Might just find yourself in a final.

I was thinking this from the start then okay they will focus on the URC but it's not looking good there either then maybe he means Currie Cup but that is also a disaster of note. I think his time is finally up because nothing of the Bulls game plan is convincing. It's the same thing week in week out. It's like they are stuck at what was good and don't adapt. Similar to what The Sharks is facing the only difference there is the elite players that carry them.
 
The bar has certainly dropped for us if we are gutted, we couldn't get 5th spot and have to settle for 6th....

The way Exeter had to fight so hard and even play 20min extra time to finally get the W means the Stormers stand a good chance here. They just need to clean up their defense.

The defense was decent for the majority of the match. They must just keep at it for 80+ minutes this time.

Easier said than done.

The Lions really are a bit of a surprise package but I fear Glasgow will be the end of them.
 
Both the Stormers and the Sharks stand a good chance of getting to the semis. Bulls have been atrocious for a while now, don't know what going on with them. My Lions have been surprisingly decent the last while.
 
Just wanted to ask - Does anybody know of a decent rugby streaming service? I don't mind paying but DSTV and Sky Sports are just too rich for my blood. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I use torrentday iptv. It has all the channels for around R175 and has 2 concurrent connection limit.
