Don't forget your picks lads!! It's a long old season, still plenty time to move up the rankings!!

It's a bit worrying that both the Bulls and Sharks battled to one-point wins at home. Zebre is better this year but Sharks should have won by more. Bulls were lucky against a second-string Leinster. Stormers had a good away win but the Lions conspired against themselves to lose again. They are frustrating to watch.

All our boys are looking flat and fatigued. This extended season is slow poison. Squad depth is being stress tested and pushed to extremes, they are both unfamiliar and unprepared for. It's f ucking brutal and there is literally nowhere to hide... Welcome to pro rugby, welcome to the northern hemisphere leagues...

We should be familiar and prepared by now. Isn't this our 4th season in the URC already?
Yes but qualifying teams weren't considered for Champions/Challenge cup until the 2023/2024 season. It's this extra dimension that has absolutely jettisoned our aspirations...

Added to that our players are consistently and relentlessly being pursued by foreign leagues.

I don't think we will ever acclimatize to the demands of playing both URC, Currie Cup, Champions/Challenge cup while hemorrhaging our top players to foreign leagues. It's a lose lose...

One element to keep in mind with the Bulls is that they're currently playing without a fly-half. Keegan did well enough Sat, but he's just starting out at 10 at this level.

White has always been rubbish at squad management, player rotation.

Has cost all the teams he has managed at some point or another and almost the Boks the 2007 WC final against England.

He has regularly stated in interviews having to improve it, something he has to work, but somehow, never truly does. Its still, to this day something he mentions. Came back to bite the Bulls as recently as last year and wont be surprised if does again this year.

Blitzbokke had a shocking Hong Kong tournament. :crying:

URC -
Can't believe Stormers blew a 17-point lead to lose by 4.
Other SA teams in action today -
-Bulls v Zebre
- Sharks v Leinster
- Glasgow v Lions
