No it's not But when it is with a Springbok member of staff and you are in a team sport it makes it tricky. You are supposed to work together as a team not have sex with each other. I think with the boys culture picking up girls in bars after matches was common but players hooking up with each other I only think that is common with female sports where they are mostly lesbian. Homosexuality is still frowned upon in mens sport.
