Very bad 2nd half from the Stormers. Looks like they will come back with not a single point...
 
Have had to disconnect my stream but whatever happens, thought the Stormers gave a great account of themselves. As I hoped, they really pushed Clermont all the way and can build on this.

Was good to watch and thought they did well. Unless you're a certain poster who believes the Stormers should just pack up and go home now since they clearly have NO chance in this comp... :rolleyes:

That was so scrappy. Thought we are going to win with a cricket score and then almost ended up losing.
 
Sharks game was a decent watch. Our Boks made an impact and that Mapimpi! Guy is wonderful to watch. That red card was BS though, no malice whatsoever and a feather would have touched that knob's head harder than Ox did, rugby becoming a bit too bloody ridiculous now.
 
Not sure who is watching the Sale Sharks vs Ulster match now?

Ulster defender stands upright, and a Sale Shark runs and there is a head clash. Player gets knocked out medics on etc. French ref reviews and say I don't see any infringement and gives an Ulster scrum because play stopped due to a serious injury on the Sale Shark Manu Tuilagi.

Yesterday Ox Nche got a red card for a collision that looks less serious than this and here they say no infringement?
 
Wow. Gutted. It looked so marginal that knock on offside.

Quick question. Why exactly did we join the URC, HCC and EPCR Challange Cup?

It's like the whole world doesn't like us. Europe don't want it in their leagues, and they continuously make that clear at various levels. Even when the Cheetahs won their first game the dirty French supporters started booing them. I don't think it can be nice to play under that kind of conditions, can it?

No the french are bad losers. Shame.

We need to be part of a strong international competition.
Super rugby didn't favour us and got stale, it only helped NZ to constantly practice against us

Some Europeans are now upset that they will lose more but our inclusion in their competitions will just strengthen rugby. They'll get over it.
