it will take some time for our teams to find their feet in the new competitions. what also makes it hard is to have a deep enough squad for Champions and URC tournaments. Also, we don't have the budgets that the European teams have. gonna be tough.

dont really think we had other options as the Aussies & Kiwis kicked us out of Super rugby. And only playing in our own currie cup, the players arent exposed to the outside. Then there is also contracts and money to consider.

I think it was Naas Botha or Bobby Skinstad that said, "You're only as good as your last game".

I believe rugby teams are complicated moving parts and momentum is more important. Now the media is going to target them and the players are going to try extra hard just to get a W to lower the pressure.
