Complete circus! Omg! Still trying to work out how many players on the pitch. Who's leaving, who's staying, blah blah blah. My god, what a joke?
In game time about 4 mins but more than that with the clock stopped.Lol, it's been like 3 or 4. Don't be dramatic.
The French didn't want SA part of the Euro cups and after this circus they must be foaming.
Yeah, at the end of the day if the scrummed better none of this would have happened.Yeah but to be fair, this is a circus precipitated by the rules. Nothing to do with an SA side. If this was against an Irish or Italian side, it would be just as comical. The French malcontent is more than likely as a result of losing another close game to a Saffer team (which is all the more reason for smug satisfaction).

They would all do exactly the same if that was the strong part of their game.Yeah and they whole Northern hemisphere doesn't like the way SA play with scrums and to have seen the chaos that unfolded I'm sure they will be complaining more but I must admit Luke Pierce had tbe rules spot on.
It's the players and union staff on the side that didn't know the rugby laws.
They would all do exactly the same if that was the strong part of their game.
NEWS: South Africa’s top referee Jaco Peyper has decided to hang up his whistle.
Mark Alexander, the President of the South African Rugby Union, hailed the Bloemfontein-based match official as one of the best ambassadors for the country in the last decade.
The 43-year-old Peyper refereed the last of his 67 Tests – third most by a South African match official behind Jonathan Kaplan and Craig Joubert – at last year’s World Cup.
He was involved in three World Cup tournaments and handled numerous playoffs at United Rugby Championship, Super Rugby, Champions Cup and Currie Cup level.
Peyper, who is the sixth most-capped Test referee in history, was in charge in nine finals – five Currie Cups, three Super Rugby and one Champions Cup – as well as two World Cup quarterfinals.
He also refereed numerous matches in the Six Nations and Rugby Championship, as well as one Test between the All Blacks and the British & Irish Lions in 2017.

Bloemfontein to host historic Bok Test against Portugal
Bloemfontein has been confirmed as the venue when the Springboks face Portugal in the historic first Test between the nations on Saturday, 20 July, in the final match of the Castle Lager Incoming Series as part of a thrilling 2024 home Test schedule.
The back-to-back Rugby World Cup champions return to the Toyota Stadium for the first time since their narrow 13-12 defeat against Wales in the City of Roses in 2022, and will be expecting a competitive challenge against Portugal, who defeated RWC quarter-finalists Fiji in their final pool match in France last year.
The confirmation of Bloemfontein as the venue for the Test match completes the domestic Test schedule, which begins with a two-Test series against top international rivals Ireland in Pretoria and Durban on 6 and 13 July respectively. This will be followed a week later by the Portugal Test.
The Springboks will then face New Zealand in the Castle Lager Rugby Championship in two Tests in Johannesburg and Cape Town on 31 August and 7 September respectively, before lining up against Argentina in Nelspruit on Saturday 28 September.
“We are delighted that we will be returning to Bloemfontein for this historic match, and we are determined to continue make our passionate supporters proud,” said SA Rugby Director of Rugby Rassie Erasmus.
“With the venue now confirmed we can go full steam ahead with our planning for the home Tests from an operational perspective.
“There’s no doubt it has added to the excitement for the season ahead, especially after capping off the 2023 season by defending the Rugby World Cup title.”
Ticketing details for all six Test are being finalised and will be announced soon, but supporters are warned to only buy from official outlets and not website such as Viagogo.
The Springboks’ home Test schedule for 2024 is:
