I am sure they can find plenty ways to deal with the issue, if they are committed enough, the fact that nothing has been done with so many option just shows the laziness.

You would be surprised how easy it is to disperse such a crowd, dying is not a pleasant thought for many people.

Having said that the picture you posted is of an organised march, I don't think they will be that organised when they start to loot, that's what I will be bargaining on if I was the security company. The only way for the police to act is if the public take matters into their own hands.

I am usually optimistic but we will need to put a police at every traffic light to stop stealing of solar panels, generators, prepaid meters and cables. Might as well let that police guy do the traffic duty instead.

Was chatting to an acquaintance who works in an SOE and have been surprised how spot on he has been about developements. Last year I asked him who would replace Ramaphosa and he said he thinks Paul Mashitile is making his move and will become deputy soon and then replace Ramaphosa before his term is up. Having hardly heard of Mashitile over some other candidates I was surprised but so far its happening. Anyways this week I asked for an update on who the next deputy president will be and he confidently predicted Malema. When I asked how that works he said he will get deputy in exchange for a coalition that gives the ANC the majority at the next election as he predicts they drop bellow 50% next election.

Just thought I would put it down here and see how it pans out.

It’s not rocket science. The deputy president of the country is the same as the deputy president of the anc. It’s been like this since 1994. Same with the president. They don’t even finish their terms sometimes when the anc conference produces new candidates like what happened in December when mabuza was sent packing so he ended up “resigning” from deputy president last month making room for Paul.

Malema can only happen if eff/anc get more than 50%.

I was thinking instead I could just export it through the grid that is already there, that way I don’t have to build 2 grids. It kinda takes the fun out of it and ruins the business plan side of things by increasing costs exponentially if we need to buy cable and stuff.
