If I was a DA supporter I would be sending them a letter to ask whether they may consider putting in a minimum IQ requirement to run for any positions in the party. It appears there is a general lack of brain power there.
 
So the DA didn't just install a RET mayor, they installed a Zuma puppet.

So wait, the City is being dishonest but the lagoon is still closed?
How about the people complaining put there numbers up so it can be compared to what the city is claiming.

Jees, the okes in CPT need to man the fsck up. Come to eThekwini where the muppets reopen the beaches, and the water isn't even on the same chart in terms of e.coli... oh and where the rivers are literally flowing with human shyte.

Turns out Cape Town were just as dishonest, while all the time the DA was busy pointing fingers at eThekwini.

Very likely yes...

And no, not to give CoCT any passes or excuses, but I would hazard a guess that those figures have a fair chunk to do with load shedding impacting the treatment plants, rather than eThekwini where the plants literally just don't work, period.

The WWTW for my part of the world is operating at 50% capacity currently, so half of the sewerage that enters the plant is ejected straight into the river with zero processing, whether there is load shedding or not.

Sure, but from my brief reading, it doesn't look anywhere disastrous as KZN. It looks like watch groups are active in WC (a good thing) so it is being highlighted more.

KZN admin & people look like they have given up on this.

KZN people haven't given up at all.
The municipality is trying to avoid doing anything, as expected, but those options are going to be taken away from them shortly I think.
