BREAKING | Fraud case against Cape Town DA councillor withdrawn
The fraud and money laundering case against DA councillor Nora Grose was provisionally withdrawn in the Bellville Commercial Crimes Court on Thursday.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila confirmed the charges were provisionally withdrawn pending the finalisation of the investigation.
Grose was granted R10 000 bail by the Atlantis Magistrate's Court after being accused of misappropriating City of Cape Town funds.
