Extremely strong DA ward. Likely to hold.

uMzimkhulu - Ward 12
Extremely strong ANC ward. IFP expected to sucker punch ANC and EFF. ANC is likely to hold with extreme losses.

Here is the scheme as I see it; the ANC's Sutcliffe (he was a town planning lecturer at UKZN methinks) gambit whereby "richer" (white I guess) areas are picked apart and combined with more populous "poorer" (black I suppose) areas to negate mostly DA wins. Much moaning about it in eThekwini when Sutcliffe was mafia boss there.
