2. We need to have a functioning military before considering conscription
3. None of our problems stem from illegal foreigners. He is just playing the Xenophobia card to attract those voters.

5 and 6. These are his only 2 logical and valid stands.

- Secularism isn't a problem in schools. The problems are overcrowding, no consequences for breaking rules/discipline, etc. I'm a religious person myself, but I don't believe that enforcing religion in schools will solve anything.
- Meh. Depends on implementation. If it's just military, then it's a pass. If you actually have options like going to police, army or other public services, then maybe I'd back this.
- Not true. They are a problem, but not "root of all evil"-levels of problematicness.
- More complicated than that.
- Nonsensical. SA exports them and gets money for them. While I do agree SA should capitalize more on them, stopping all exports is stupid, to say the least.
- I don't believe Gayton is a non-racialist. He likes to race-bait and so on. I don't buy it.

I'd estimate we need this Moonshot coalition partner to be in the 30 percent range provincially to have a chance of preventing the ANC/EFF Doomsday coalition (ANC are definitely going under 50 percent here in 2024, it's just a question of how much).

Well, IFP KZN got around 24% in 2021, and they got 16% in 2019. And they've been consistently winning by-elections against ANC in KZN since, taking wards outright and taking massive chunks of the vote share from ANC and EFF.
I don't think it's impossible to see IFP strike 30% in 2024. If DA can at least hold at 15% or use Pappas to grow their vote share, then the other Moonshot okes only need 6% between them, to take KZN outright from ANC.
