It depends if you look at root causes or not. Much of the schit going down in sa could never survive the attentions of an educated electorate. How angie has skated under the radar for so long is a real mystery. 14 years of fecking it up and she is STILL the minister.
It can only be because the anc also recognises the above. She is there to make sure our children grow up as feckless buffoons and she is doing a great job of that.
Seen in that light she is one of the real damage dealers.
