Well the reason the ANC doesn't boast about their successes is because they are morally so much more superior than anybody else. Or is it because they can't actually do any? I forget now.

Like how will it pass if they were defeated when he was elected, what would have happened? The ANC councillors voting in some strange way that is against the rules?

The EFF like this puppet arrangement, it was made to accommodate their specific demand. The PA got given what they demanded so they'd be quiet unless someone offers them something more like the mayoral chain. It is probably possible to embarrass them enough that the coalition have no choice but to remove this puppet and install another. If evidence does emerge he's a scammer they may have no choice left them.

Yup. But there are other positions besides being an MP obviously and no, when I applied, there was no requirement to be a DA member.
 
I heard from reliable sources that the metro has been jolted into action by Panyaza's utterances on service delivery, we can now expect some very healthy competition as both the city and the province try to outshine each other, which can only be a benefit to the residents of the city.
