At the time, the ILO declared Solidarity’s complaint admissible. This meant that the complaint met all the ILO’s requirements, had merit at face value, and that Solidarity had exhausted all internal remedies. Solidarity’s complaint thus proceeded into hearing proceedings and the first step involved voluntary mediation between the parties.

Even the FF+ have stated that if 2 people of equal qualification apply for a position and 1 is previously disadvantaged, that person should get the position. It's all about the best qualified, not race based.

John's job is not to go into townships. His aim was more to consolidate the "core electorate" whoever those people are hence his messaging is about fighting BEE and made videos in Afrikaans about farm attacks.

The DA's economic redress policy won't made much difference IMO and is often to as much corruption as AA because a lot of people falsify their earnings as is to get bursaries.
