The SA Politics Thread Part 3

Err... You are confusing things, the Liberation Movement does not need DA wards to win an election, it is the DA that needs ANC wards, the DA can keep their wards, that's not a problem, Panyaza is not confused, he knows exactly where his voters are.
SA needs the DA to make inroads as SA is falling apart under ANC. Priorities.

The DA is not interested in governing South Africa, they are just interested in rich provinces like the Independent Republic and Gauteng.
Given the appalling state of municipalities in all the rural provinces (and we all know which party has governed these municipalities since 1994), can you really say the ANC gives a damn?

I wouldn't say they do, but I was talking about the DA, not the ANC.
To answer your question earlier, the DA focuses on the Independent Republic and Gauteng because that is where they will get the most votes in terms of raw numbers. The DA knows it has no hope with uneducated masses in rural SA, so why really bother? Elections are about finite resources for maximum gain. Nothing wrong with that.

Panyaza has never failed at anything, he was appointed to the education department that was in shambles, a department that had to watch in awe when the Western Cape department of education was running amok, year after year. I don't have to tell you what happened there.

He single handedly brought the great Moroka Swallows back from the dead, look at them now.

He is not going to fail in his new task as the leader of the Liberation Movement in the province, you can bet on it.
Sure

Of course there's nothing wrong with it, I am just pointing out the fact that they have deliberately set themselves a ceiling in terms of their growth that would make sure they remain an urban party, by doing so they have ensured that they can never govern South Africa.

So it's not that they cannot grow outside of Gauteng and WC, they are not interested in that, they are only interested in growth in urban areas, preferably metros where they have an unlimited supply of taxpayers money. They don't want to be in government in poor areas where they would be exposed like what is currently happening with them in Tshwane.

No idea, what does arrest and convictions have anything to do with him?
There you have it, despite Loosufly claiming heads will roll, nothing was done and typical ANC Mafia style swept under the carpet.
