I don't think it'll work since it would be impractical. If you remove the parties from the ballot, it'll most likely just confuse the voter.
In the case of direct presidential, mayoral, and premier elections, that could work, like what the Turkish Moonshot is doing for their candidate Kilicdaroglu. But with the way our system is and how the electorate operates, it wouldn't work.
It's better for the parties to compete separately while in alliance with one another.

It's only 100 people, so it shouldn't change anything as far as government is concerned, it happens all the time and it's nothing to be alarmed about.
Remember it's not members who win elections for parties, the ANC has under a million members but on average they get 10 million votes.

So public funds are used to do things that benefits the public, things like crime prevention and cleaning the place, which funds should he use for that?
I am sure those who benefit from the employment would be very grateful, someone has to do the job, if they just happen to be so grateful that they vote for the ANC I guess it's not a problem, who are we to tell people what to do?
