The full story. If he didn’t deserve it, is it fake news then?
Are they really underfunded? Back in 2009 I knew of 2 Dentists (both fresh grads), earning about 50k a month plus working 5 hours a day, 5 days a week in a public hospital. Seems good to me.
Looks like our people let us down when we needed them the most, again turnout look like it was the deciding factor in this election, when the MK and DA were able to get their numbers to the voting stations our people were happy to have a holiday, very disappointing, especially for Gauteng after all of Panyaza's hard work.
Well done to every supporter of the Liberation Movement who voted, special gratitude to the EC, NW and Limpopo, our comrades there are the true reflection of Amaqabane ka Tambo, you stood firm and unshaken in the defence of your Liberation Movement, we are forever in your debt.
We are down, but not out, we have managed to rid ourselves of undesirable characters and our renewal program is strong, we will build from what we have, no time to wallow in our misery, local government elections are coming up soon and we should be ready for that.
We are still encouraged by the fact that the DA hasn't benefitted anything meaningful from our decline and still remains a 20% party, the other Moonshot partners also crashed spectacularly, showing that our people were not moved by their WMC sponsored agenda.
We remain committed and resolute in our mission to make the lives of our people better.
Amandla!
Hou by die blou...I can't get over how great this looks, that full blue strike all over the province. Places like Beaufort can get the attention it needs.

The angle is that since he's a property owner in Elim, and didn't declare it. The R30k, to build an Arts and Crafts Centre and renovate the guest house there, is corrupt. The investigation centred around a payment of R30 000 that Swart had transferred to Elim Community Trust in March 2021 while being a property owner in Elim which makes him a beneficiary of the trust.
In a 10 page report, the outcome of the disciplinary hearing of Swart, the Executive Mayor, Cape Agulhas Municipality has been made public. It was revealed that the funds had been used to build an Arts and Craft Centre and to refurbish the guest house.

Either that or WC DA uses the bolstering win and dissolves Beaufort, Kannaland and Knysna councils...it will only matter to local residents in 2026 elections if they vote the same way.
T C O G BPosters who came out badly from this election: TheChamp, JuliusSeizure, half a point to surface who wasn't as bad as TheChamp with his Panty Lesufi love in but always seems to like his posts.
Posters who came out well from this election: @PrimeSteak, non-voter @Shaun_SA (who predicted the love of uBaba well before polls said), @Inertia who said the DA would surprise on the upside and of course the biggest DA booster, myself.
Ons trilkoppe bly blou!!!!!!!Hou by die blou...![]()
Another 30%er in math. You okes are coming out of the wood work like roaches.tbf, she had them on a low end of 45
He should use R0 of municipal money to improve his own property. Trying to defend him by claiming he only stole a little bit is stupid. The angle is that since he's a property owner in Elim, and didn't declare it. Basically. Imagine Zuma's fire pool cost R30k, and it was built in the town park for everybody to use.

I'm sure the value of the Mayor's property went up by a whole 5c. But they met, talked, and they voted on the ruling - So that's that.
You can hope if you like...Ladies and gents... Would it be foolish to hope for a sub-40% ANC?
I just noticed that they went down another 0.2% national.
Yeah, that's realistic. But I'm tempted. You can hope if you like...
I think they'll hover between 40.something and 41.something for the rest of the count.
