I think 90% of spoiled ballots are people too stupid to make a cross inside the square next to the political party's name.

We should make the voting more difficult with some random instructions like draw a triangle on the national ballot and a circle region ballot.

Retarded people are also allowed to vote and some of them can't even draw a cross which spoils the ballot. And they have no concept who to vote for like the masses.

The IFP are a personality party so, suppose if Zuma fails to recapture the ANC he could swallow up the IFP and make a Zulu Party. They'd be official opposition.
