Representation in a democracy works slightly differently. People vote for their representative and you can choose someone not the same skin colour as you. The person is there to represent your interest, which may be different than just looking the same as what you do.
The point is if the commies now argue that the DA isn't 99% black they are missing the point of democracy. Lots of leftist actually don't get this entire representation thing. Thinking that all black people are the same and 1 black person automatically represent another black person is pretty racist. But well that's the left for you.
I have my doubts but hopefully she will eventually learn that those are all accomplished people representative of the brains, integrity, achievement, leadership, and best interests of SA. And that these tenets are sorely lacking in the majority of SAns. Holding racial representation over brains is tribal and unenlightened, and she is either very stupid or merely pandering to her very stupid audience.

Nope, except that the ANC looks like it wants Speaker position as well, which is extremely greedy IMO.

Is that based on fact though? being a woman and Indian she is in a very good position, I note you talk about implementation than theory, there was a study that showed that Indians are actually the biggest beneficiaries of AA and BEE laws. So in theory there are instances where she could even be more black than black people.
