My whole point was that there are instances where she could be more black than black people when EE laws are applied, it's either you agree or disagree with that, I am still not sure what is your position on that or the point you are trying to make with your posts.

Problem is, in that case it would be a deadlock.

It's fine, MK must govern there. Those idiots need to experience life under them...

Yeah, just checked in the Constitution.

Schedule 3: Part A on Page 131. Same procedure as in Parliament. So the candidate with the least votes (more than 2 candidates of course) is removed after every round until the Premier and Speaker are elected.
