We don't know the setup yet. But 1994 GNU was similar, ANC got Speaker, NP Deputy.

I will be very disappointed in the DA if they didn't manage to negotiate a Speaker or any other important position/role in Parliament.

No, The ANC would need the EFF/MK or the DA to be in "partnership" with to govern this country.

The swearing in is first. That will most likely take a few hours. Looks like they're doing 5 at a time, and between different languages and so on we're looking at around 100 rounds of swearing in.

Only then the nominations will happen. Likely a break to print ballots, and only after that will the first vote fake place.
