Actually there probably is a need to take it to court, since it seems the one side requires court rulings to just be even vaguely ethical.

These are the 99.999999% ANC votes where the ballot stuffing starts.

I think the only way Cyril remains as President after these elections is if the ANC only needs the bit parties to get over the 50% line, or possibly if a DA/ANC coalition forms in some way.

All the other permutations look like Cyril getting booted because the EFF/MK/etc don't want Cyril around anymore and they won't coalesce with the ANC if Cyril is at the helm.

Nope. I know a few DA supporters who have utilised this, including my grandmother, who is elderly and doesn't want to stand in a queue for a long time on Wednesday.

Technically from 11PM on Wednesday night according to Dawie Scholtz, but those will be sparsely populated rural VDs like Oranje [guaranteed FF+ victory, lol] which won't tell us much. I'm not staying up for that - the big results will start coming in from Thursday morning, yes.
