Usually in the three days of pre-election (since elections are usually on Wednesday, all campaigning stops on the last Sunday).
So from today to Wednesday, election campaigns are disallowed and the media don't do debates or interviews that could unduly influence people.
It's why the sudden "family meeting" was called, the last desperate throw of the dice of GLM.
But don't tell Champo (@TheChamp) and the DLSA herself, Thuli. They fully believe nothing weird happened last night.

The DA is filing an an application in the Electoral Court against President Cyril Ramaphosa, for violating the Electoral Code of Conduct and the EFF wants an investigating into the "misuse" of the state broadcaster, the SABC.
