Nomvula Mokonyane, Gwede Mantashe, Zweli Mkhize and Andile Ramaphosa may soon be called before a confidential inquiry to explain why the benefits they reaped from Bosasa - including braai packs, booze, security cameras and millions of rands in payments to the ANC and a company owned by Ramaphosa - should not be paid back.

It also paves the way for the liquidators to take serious steps against members of Gavin Watson's family and former Bosasa bosses, including Angelo Agrizzi, who benefitted from the corrupt schemes that were, according to the Zondo Commission, perpetrated on an "industrial scale".
The SCA had now overturned the high court's ruling regarding the auction and ruled against the appeal on the business rescue application, leaving the liquidator's path clear to proceed to recover funds and subpoena further witnesses to appear before a section 417 inquiry, headed by retired judge Meyer Joffe.

I think these floods, dealt a death blow to ANC in that province. They can kiss it good bye, come 2024.
With the floods, the riots and ANC RET being ANC RET there, I wholeheartedly agree with you. I don't see a massive comeback from them for 2024. Since the damage has been done.

You can say the same about Gauteng, honestly... GP and KZN were their two weakest provinces, other than WC.
