Previous guy was into his growing and really cared about what he was doing, was always super excited when he managed to get a new strain going. Would prefer to buy from someone who's growing themselves / is close to the source rather than online from random # 84.

It really depends where you're at. If I'm with people walking around in nature it's a very different experience to dancing all night at a festival or chilling by myself.

Up until quite recently the experience by myself often started off difficult - stomach would be tight and it feels like my mind won't quite unhinge from its routine. Then it lets go and for the first while it's a process of having everything in my life brought up and served before awareness and I'm almost forced to look at everything and often make decisions about those things. Then I move through that into a more expanded experience where I'm feeling grateful for people & situations in my life, reflect on what I'd like to do and just generally enjoy moving around and feeling very positive.

But dancing all night I'm hardly in my head at all - it's just pure energy and the joy of moving & music & being with other people.

What would be my method below to have a good time solo (not spiritual or healing etc)

Mindset and setting is key. Will drive the whole experience. Sounds like hippie bs but generally find if you eat clean for a few days. Avoided alcohol for a week or so. Then on the day you are feeling good or at least not anxious then you are golden. Go for a walk or some light gyming/stretching is also great. Make sure to not have eaten for last 6 hours if you doing a evening trip or fast over night if doing in the morning. Either make a tea with it or lemon tek (reddit has lots of guides) is the best to consume to avoid nausea. Put your phone away and on airplane. Getting a text while at your peak will derail you hard. Make sure your environment is safe, with no strangers etc. I pretty much lock up my house and stick to the bedroom. Make sure someone trusted knows your doing it incase you have a bad effect or trip. Put a timer up so you know where you are with a trip if it starts feeling too overwhelming. I also put a white board to say i have taken something. As it can ground you if it gets too much and you dont know wtf is going on.

Time line is first hour your coming up, enhanced vision/hearing etc. Either reading a book outside or doing some stretches and a shower. 2nd hour pretty much on my bed in the dark with music/headphones for closed eye visuals and lost in your own world. Keep water by you. Then hours 3-5 make sure you have some nice snacks (e.g fruit, nuts, biltong, cheese, good chocolate) and a movie/series(anything scifi/marvel/star wars etc) to watch for the come down. Normally take it at 5pm and by midnight ready to go to bed. Peak can go out to hour 3 some times.

worst experience was hearing about something at work being up in the air and it got me stuck in a mental loop obsessing by it. 2nd was i was worried about a family matter that happened that day and again you hyper focus on it. Dont do massive dosage. If you going higher than 3-3.5g for your first few times your being stupid and playing with fire.

Dosing is pretty hard. Same strain and 3g can send you to the moon while another time you can just have a very chilled experience. Too many variables to try control. So just got to try your best and be aware of the risks of what you are doing

which online shop do you guys use for liquid culture buying? If you do grow of course... trying to find some legit shops online is like finding a midget in Norway
