Double or nuthin I'd suggest. 5+ is where APE really shines.
I've had a very different sort of experiences with 2-3g which were also interesting, but I'd rather do 1x 5g than 2x 3g to get the full hog experience.

Might want to set an intention to think about the OCD during the trip. Write it down and then look at the paper when you're tripping. I find shrooms generally address things through an active process (a conscious experience of working through something) rather than a passive process (like how pain pill works). Don't try force it from the start. Let the experience unfold and say what it wants to before you try & steer it.

I say go in with zero plan or objective and negative energy and just remember rule no. 1, dont panic.

First month try 1g, next month, 2.5g the next month, then the next month use your judgement doing more. I find it stays in your system a while so 2.5g twice in one week the second dose doesn’t do much like the first one did.
