It's not as scary as it seems at first, once you get used to the offset pedals.

Assuming of course you realize there is no ABS or traction control and drive appropriately.

Advanced driving course of the not so electronically safety inclined variety is highly advisable.

I've driven a highly modded kit version which I believe is lighter weight and therefore even crazier.

Congrats by the way! Hope this is a second/weekend car and not a primary one.

Thx Sauron. this is actually my 5th car. my first was the 72' 2.5l Cortina pickup with a-lot less traction,brake power and controll than the cobra per ton.

I know this car will kill me. the keys will be locked up in a safe always.
