The Starfield thread

Fuuuuuuck me what a grind, but finally got the Star Eagle... and then some junk ship I hijacked.

2000+ cargo space! Now if only I knew how to get shielded cargo on it

Go to a ship yard and go into build mode, click G to add and tab to the Cargo section. You should have the option for a shielded cargo item. The ship builders all sell different brands and parts so if you don't have it, try a different one. You also need to level up your piloting skill to access different parts. You can only use Class A ships and parts in the beginning. Pilot level skill 3 allows Class B and 4 allows Class C (the best).

Up and running.

I can never decide between First Person POV and Third Person POV.

Also, quite the adjustment for me being used to KbM - fortunately my recent playthrough of GoW helps.
Have a camera face you, then you watch that screen and you get an obe like experience.

Works well for me, makes a huge difference. I believe it disables achievements though, so don't use it if you're after achievements.
I think I read about a mod or something similar that can enable achivements when you've used console commands.

From what I've seen the data folder additions (combined with the change in the ini file) don't disable them but any console commands executed aka "bat commands" will disable them.

It's an ingredient for cooking.

That's the mistake Ripley made, never kept her ass in the kitchen and waited for it to hatch...

In her defense, they never took the eggs to the ship.
They took the guy whose face was hugged to the ship.

Side note: that was the scariest movie I seen in my life, well not the movie the walk home after 10PM show.
Fking cat jumped out a bush and 16 year old me almost soiled myself.

Had a cat phobia for months after.

Now say it in Xbox.

What I meant is that I dont see anything labeled hidden/concealed/shielded when I go through cargo parts. Maybe the vendor I tried. Piloting skill... busy with 2 I think.

Could be that that vendor didn't have it.

Unfortunately today I am working from the London office. So I am getting home at 7:30pm at the earliest and I am going to try gather the strength to bet through the starter missions.
