you also might want to re-install the firmware. its been known that sometimes there is a slight corruption with firmware installations. this might fix it. also, reseting the defaults on the psp in the recovery menu might help.

DABL, explain quick the place to clear settings...is it FLASH1?

if the switch is on, and its still not working, reset the settings to default, again, find out from DABL, i think its in recovery menu or maybe it can be done with the PANDORA program.
if still not working, the wifi is 'brokkien'. you will have to see if someone has parts to swop the wifi out for you, easy job, just need to find the part.
if you are in cape town, i might know someone.
Or DABL could help there too.
 
Have you done any hardware repairs to your psp.

I had the same problem with my psp and I managed to fix my psp. Took quite a bit of research.

To check if your configs are correct:
1 - Make sure your settings for wireless are done. Just connect to any wireless router. Once done, check your MAC add under test connection. If you cannot get a wireless connection set up you'll have to open up your psp to check your MAC address on your board. I suggest you give this to a tech to do.
2 - Under system settings check if your MAC address is the same as teh one under 'Test connection' (or the board), if not there's your problem.

If this is your problem, I'll walk you through on how to fix it up.
 
did your psp fall.If it did reline the switch by taking of the face plate,I had many guys with this problem.is this the bricked psp you are trying to connect.Does the green light flash,explain what happens when you try adhoc mode,tr to send the other psp a picture.

kevin registry setting for the psp like network config/wallpapers/..are in the flash1folder,you can reset the flash1 as sometimes it gets corrupted,If you made a back up of your firmware i suggest you place the flash1 backup and replace flash1 files(not flash 0 files please.
This can also cause his psp to not connect via infrastructure or adhoc.

Convert your Divx movies and DVD and stuff with that and you should be able to watch your movies on the psp. Takes a while to convert though, but it works like a charm. I haven't tried it on Divx to be honest, but AVI and DVD's I've given a bash. WERK SOOS 'n BOM! :D

Forgot to mention, IT'S FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Well the version I have anyways! :D

Here's a question. Can you:
(a) Brick a 3.70 PSP
(b) Downgrade via pandora

I've read this on one of the international forums, though I doubt it'll work.

why what did you do.Why you ask this question.check the pandora readme.Its an unbricker,but remember that code was leaked to sony some how and now its a bit difficult to hack the latest firmware 370.M33 is at work trying to bring us 370 for phat psp's.

Hey guys has anyone got a PSP up for sale, that can run homebrew? I don't care if it was a bricked one in a past life lol. Pretty please :D:D:D. If I have to sit around doing nothing for another week I'm gonna go out and do something stupid lol, you'd be saving a life. Hopefully someone who got one for ultra cheap or for free can hook me up wit a good price. All my cash just went into my Private Pilot's License.

Alright I see. I was hoping this rumour was true. I read somewhere that pandora dubbed as a downgrader as well. I figured that it wasn't true, as, if it was, everyone would be hyped about it but I didn't wanna let go of that small thread of hope.

I know someone that's selling a custom FW psp with about 50 games (cso's, iso's, etc) and a 4gb for around R2600.
