no, the real headline remains:
Air strikes on Aleppo hospital kill doctors and children

Granted (no pun intended), I was actually thinking about the introductory paragraphs more than the headline, every article points the finger at Syria to some extent yet nobody has any solid proof, in fact all they have are second hand accounts that contradict each other.

Syria: Under Russia's fist - People & Power (video)

interesting short documentary following the "white helmets", a civilian rescue group in aleppo.

Since September 30, 2015 Russia has been carrying out air strikes in Syria in support of its ally President Bashar al-Assad. The campaign has been relentless and growing in intensity, with Russian jets flying 444 combat sorties against more than 1,500 targets between February 10 and 16 alone.

Moscow insists these attacks have only been aimed at fighters from ISIL and other "terrorist groups" such as al-Nusra Front. But monitoring groups, including the Violations Documentation Center and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, say thousands of non-combatants have also been killed or wounded. Amnesty International and others have said the bombings may be war crimes. Indeed, Amnesty has also cited consistent reports of second bombardments from planes returning to kill and injure rescue workers, paramedics and civilians attempting to evacuate the wounded and the dead from earlier raids.

So are civilians being deliberately targeted - and could Russia be guilty as charged? In this exclusive report for People & Power, Danish born filmmaker and journalist Nagieb Khaja went to investigate. His remarkable film, shot in Aleppo, Idlib and other rebel-held areas of Syria at the end of last year, is a harrowing, tense and at times breathtaking portrayal of life underneath the Kremlin's bombs.

This morning it was too early to apportion blame for the bombing, this afternoon it's Russian bombing war crimes?

I'm presuming the Syrians, Turks, US, France, UK, Jordan and every other Air Force in the area is only dropping fluffy pillows?

Yeah I'm waiting for info on

Who was flying in the area.
Was the hospital marked.
Was the location of the hospital relayed to all active parties.
What parties are fighting in the area.

you can safely exclude everyone but russia and syria.
remember, russia went to extraordinary lengths to secure the air space above syria ensuring nobody could venture in.
eg:
Russia’s Air Force has secured Syrian airspace with air defense missile systems that were delivered and deployed into the war-torn country along with other military hardware, its chief has revealed in an interview..

Obviously they fly over Syria but are any of those in Aleppo?

The details are in the link, I didn't care enough to read any further as I was only answering @grantza who had said the US + coalition allies weren't flying missions over Syria.

ok, well i have to assume you are blissfully unaware, but an agreement was reached between russia and america regards airspace some time back, after the russian intervention began.
america (according to your quotes) is mainly making use of drones, the airspace above devastated cities (homs & aleppo for example) is the domain of russian and syrian jets - so yes coalition forces can be safely excluded from the list of suspects responsible for the attack on the hospital - in aleppo.

that being said, did you not perhaps notice the constant in all those quotes you included - specifically the target, the same one that appears in each and every quote you used ?

You didn't notice that all the countries are "bombing ISIL" even the Russians if you see their press releases...
