LOL. An "independent and unbiased" news agency indeed. I presume desperation is in order here. Sad sacks!
At least Russia openly state that they own the network; and are dishing out news. Whether it is 'propaganda' or not is perception.
Could well be Russian propaganda, but it would be nice if the other news agencies, that are "independent and unbiased" are also placed under the magnifying glass.
For example, fox news is a propaganda news agency owned by Rupert Murdoch.
In England, you can see that during the elections, with the threat of people turning their votes towards the labour party, almost all the news agencies there showed their true colours. Publishing on the front pages, not to vote for the labour party, and the fears of "repercussions" of doing so.
They came out, clearly biased.
So if you going to question things, question everything.
