HAi there
ok straight to the point , i have an amd x2 6000+ am2 cpu .
its about the only thing that i havent upgraded because its been my trusty steed. now we all know horse power can only go SO FAR....
back in 2007 it was blazing with speed, its also very power hungry compared to other cpu's nowadays...
 some say they have heat issues but mine stays well under 50's on max load.
i have a am3/am2 supported mobo so any cpu can pop in there thats amd . thing is i have a budget for around R800-R1200 only.
Benchmarks are welcome.. i only have one pc and its meant for gaming. encoding and things like that ... well what are friends for
i do dvd burns now and then for backing up sakes . soon blu-ray burns so the cpu has to be atleast future proof and good enough for gaming on 1920x1080.
and no im not going over to intel so dont even bother posting about it.
any help in the general direction will be awesome.
