The truth about Openweb

Well i already posted an image of my usage for the month. So clearly do they do collect stats now don't they? And anyone that bothered to log into the client portal would have seen this, in like, um forever.

I have no sympathy for people who don't read T&C's. You only have yourself to blame, even if it came from a CEO's mouth. You always double check everything.

Bound by the T&Cs conveniently when the need arises, ignore the rift between the Openweb fact and Keoma fiction.
Clients pointing to the T&Cs where told to move along, nothing to see there, conveniently.
So say one thing, do the opposite is OK then for this company then.

So why not open a case with the CPA then? You seem to have a solid case. Do it. Or is it a case of all bark no bite.

Woooh... you are a live one hey.

<insert badass meme here>

Exactly, its easy for you to come bitch on the internet, but actually do something about it an entirely different story. So yes keep deflecting.

I guess, as long as you are experience gosh-dandy support and oh-my-woooosh interwebs, it matters not what the provider does, as long as it is not affecting you and your umditdiddly account you can gloss over pages and pages of ineffectual anecdotal whining and documented contradictions and and and... gosh... ermagawdIlovemyisp.

Just the type of response i expected. Shows your level of maturity. If you're unhappy go to another network.

Bernard Lawrence "Bernie" Madoff must be OK, after all he never did anything to me personally...

Your use of analogies is pretty dismal, big difference between ponzi schemes what openweb provides. Most complainers seem like they come from CT, perhaps IPC links.

Maybe i lack the deep skills of finding things i want to see. But i see his explanations as pretty accurate. Human error, system error, and the stats are available. Perhaps you would like to paraphrase something in particular?

How about I just don't waste my time retyping everything and you read the thread where the "issues" with his responses are raised...?

You keep forgetting to burp after each reply. At least a smidgen of a sign of being fed.

Oh i forgot to add that. So i reiterate, take your money and go to Afrihost, after all they are world class. :whistle:

We live in a capitalist society. I get great value for money for my account. Sorry if you don't, but I'm going to continue spending my money where I get value for it. Rather the devil you know and all that.

They should try mweb, then they will know how crap a network can be.
