The Uncapped Price List

IF you could add what backbone each of them uses, THAT would be EPIC! (eg. SAIX, IS, etc.)
I will try add that without making it look to bad.

Should I Add: "Backbone: IS" or "Provided by: Mweb" "Provided by: IS" or Both?

The problem with the Backbone is some of them use Seacom and IS and soon there will be 2 more cables in SA making that quite difficult :S

MYISP is on mybroadband forums ;)

According to MyISP

MyISP Link (bottom of scroll page).

Why have I never ever heard of them before?

HAHA, maybe you never searched for "free internet" They have the best solution R60@3GB i could find for home users that want to facebook, and browse. As the months pass by and the DATA RUSH settles ;)

How come the 1024 offerings are so expensive - surely that's a halfway decent speed & it should fall somewhere between 512 & 4096kbps?

Please add info on payments, since that is a major deciding factor for many. IE: Copy and then paste the wording below for each ISP.

" Payments Allowed: EFT/Debit Order/Credit Card "

Those that allow all three are then as above, with simply deleting the parts that do not apply, for each service. Imagine and Afrihost do not allow EFT. Digichilli does allow all three.

Please also add backbone info as you mentioned. IE: "Backbone: IS"

I believe I have added SAINET(See Here) correctly but not sure about SAOL?!
SAOL only offer with the line included - thought Sainet did the same.. guess I was mistaken :)

I am going to add the Backbone to the list like I have done with the seacom ISP's(please look) I just am not sure about all of them?! Does Mweb use SAIX and Seacom?

I am however not going to add the payments because I am worried it is going to make the page look a bit over whelming I am afraid,Although its a good idea!

:) ok cool!

Update: I have added (Provided by) so that you can see who actually provided the service, for example Mweb provides OpenWeb with their package so both Mwebs and OpenWebs packages have (Provided by:Mweb) and all the ISP's that are using Internet solutions package says (Provided by:IS)

For Afihost I said it was provided by them because afihost shape the account but next to that I said IS meaning the backbone they using is IS!

I hope that's all ok :) As you can see I have not done this for all of them,if you do know who provides the uncapped to those ISP's I have not specified or who the backbone is please tell me and I will add them!

@Splinter: How about preparing a spreadsheet with all the data in the columns/rows and post the document on google docs or something like that--this idea is great, I have subscribed to this thread.

If I get the time in the future I will consider doing that :) It would look more neater!
Mods, sticky please.

@Splinter ... you do realize you've just nominated yourself for a permanent responsibility here? :D
haha I have realised that :) but I have said I will keep it updated so will try my best to do so :D

Updates: I have added all the backbones and providers except for SAOL and SAINET. I have looked on both of these ISP's sites and I have not been able to find who they backbone is...If you do know please do post :)

Think you need to add something to that list ;)
Like the limiations after you used 30Gb, 60gb, 100Gb, 200Gb, whatever on these "uncapped" accounts.

Nice thread splinter.
How bout adding a 5 star / rating out of 10 based on users experiences?
