Is it just me or are they trying to warp the timeline to make it seem like a lot less time has past. Just noticed the houses are all looking a lot less wrecked(expensive to build), Mishone saying her kid died ''after everything went down'' instead of an actual time and with the scientist saying he was in comms with government until ''a few weeks ago''.

Just seems the writers are getting lazy and are pushing towards an actual resolution to the storyline but realising it wouldn't be plausible for things to just happen after such a long time.
