Can someone give a brief summary of what happened from the Negan bit to date? I'm curious to know what happened but honestly don't have the will to watch the episodes

Basically he failed to be the queen bee of zombie land...
Instead he was locked in a cage for MANY of a year and then made friends with ricks little girl, saved her from a snow storm... then he ran away and found the whisperers and bonked the head alpha of the group.
He then pissed off beta (alphas second duh) and eventually landed up killing her.

Come to found out it was actually carrol who had planned the entire thing with Negan

Yep.. in the comics Beta was a famous basketball player. In the series he is Half Moon, a musician

Invincible Carol was FINALLY gonna kill herself in this episode but I knew she wasn't in fact gonna kill herself because they announced that Carol and Daryl spinoff
