The Walking Dead [SPOILERS]

1116. Cracker of an epi & ending. Some great combat scenes. Maggie vs Leah (final showdown).

Only 8 more episodes left & then we’re done.

1117 & 1118. Good double bill. Starts off well, the evolution of the chracters at the start of epi’s works well. Lots of action in the opener & solid narrative progression in the 2nd one.

1123 Dropped earlier (the 2nd last episode ever).
Done & dusted, wowzer it is a belter with tons of emotional heft & tense scenes.
Let’s see how they close this off.

Loved that finale... I see plenty of mixed reviews, but that's what a finale should be most of the times. Tense, emotional, and with the upcoming spin offs, a neat ending.

The dialogue between Negan and Maggie was again so good. Can see Negan eventually becoming Maggie's baby daddy :D

After 12 years & 177 episodes, The Walking Dead wraps up the last ever episode, 1124 done & dusted.

An emotionally hefty episode, lots of going on, beautifully closed off. Been a fan since day 1 (2010).

Scores seems to indicate it was well received. Looking forward to the spin-off shows in ‘23.

Nah its too good. Those who fell off watching this, and left, sadly didn't fully give it a go. Most just expected gory scenes, with not much dialogue to happen. The show became much more than just the zombie apocalypse

I pushed through to the end because I have already invested so much time into this series.

I found the finale "okay", but it does not even stack up nearly to the edge of your seat moments of the early seasons.

I'm going to be "that" guy, but this was the final truly epic scene this series had, everything after this moment was unfortunately a downhill slope to redundancy:images%20(17).jpg

With that said, it will feel weird that this is done after watching TWD for so many years. I don't think I have invested this much time into any other series. I found Fear The Walking Dead to be unwatchable and abysmal, and I think I'm out for the upcoming spin-offs as well, why end a show if you're not actually ending it but instead milking it's properties for more money? Frank Darabont knew what TWD was about and Angela Kang destroyed the vision. RIP.
