There are so many spins off I can't even remember the circumstances around Rick leaving.
It takes place a quite some time after the explosion if I'm not mistaken?

Epi 2 dropped earlier & I’m up to date.

So far show is getting my motor revving. The storytelling and R & M dynamic is working well. The premise is setting up well.

This was everything and more you could get in this series - had the emotions up and down. That was shocking for me. Seems like the pacing in this show is significantly faster than usual.
 
Rick's girlfriend is really irritating. I wish the story could go in another direction. Even the South African chick is becoming more interesting.

105 Done & Dusted.

A very self reflective episode, Jadis getting major screen time, the cameo of an old fav from the TWD was a nice surprise.

Finale next week, let's see how they wrap this up.

Enjoyed it overall, lots of action, flashbacks were on point, lastly a moerse…

Ending was rather poetic.

I wonder if this is the final time we see R & M :unsure:
 
If there is a Season 2 I will not l be watching it. The other spins offs are OK but this one is not for me.

So it's been about 16 to 18 years (according to Google) since the outbreak. Yet there are still zombies walking around and people dying. Not learned anything yet?

Oh look we have another tyrant. The French ones in particular are getting irritating. Can you guys just retire to a tropical island now FFS.

S2 Finale done & dusted. This season sure had its high’s & low’s, more so than S1.

The action & was certainly better, story development somewhat less so.

The finale itself has some old school Negan which I will always love but Maggie’s story arc was on the puzzling side.

I was hoping that Negan would come back, not this pissy one, the one we came to love and hate in the original series.
