The Walking Dead [SPOILERS]

Nice to see this this has become a comic book spoiler circle jerk just like the GOT thread.

Maybe you should rather mention it in a post if you don't like to see the TV series and the comic books in one thread. I actually do and it seems so do a lot of others as they are pretty different. So for me it's nice to chat about it and see where things are going.

This thread seems to be about discussing the latest episode and tying it in with the comics and is full of spoilers constantly, so much so that I don't open this thread until I've watched the latest episode. Funny how you don't mention those spoilers? They're all over the thread from Monday to Sunday. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, you've been discussing the latest episodes yourself.

Are those type of spoilers ok?

All that, not gonna get worked up here like I did on the GOT thread(ffs it's the GAME OF THRONES thread, not A Song Of Ice and Fire, therefore it's about the ****ing series).

About a badass character from the comics who may or may not appear and spoiler alert...
.
.
.
.
.
....he's a badass and his name is Negan.

Not exactly giving much away now is it? But whatever, if the participants don't want to discuss the comics on here, then I won't.

I don't really care enough about the show to bother disagreeing;) just raising the point, if other's agree then maybe hold back on comic spoilers otherwise discuss away!

All I know is if I was an avid avid fan of the series and jumped into the thread I would be highly pissed at the "spoilers".

Ag, they don't match too much anyway. But fair enough, I'm easy either way.

For anyone who hasn't seen this yet...

really now, what is happening with TWD? another episode that didnt do anything for me, okay, but what exactly are they trying to achieve here?

Trying to introduce some new characters we can get attached to, so they can start killing people off again.

Other than the scene with the little kid, it was extremely boring.

I don't mind the character introductions, but it's happening way too slowly. Because it's dragging along so slowly, Means that the season moves quickly with very little to get excited about.

Ja, they should've kept the cannibals around a bit longer.
They were interesting.

I'm not sure how much longer they will drag this out, and for what reason. It kind of needs to bring an enemy in asap, because it's getting a bit too comfortable. Might as well end the season, and call it a day. Somehow feel the show needs to just introduce Negan, even though it's a bit too early for him. Either that, or Aaron or somebody turns really bad and just starts to go crazy.

There is the "W" carved on the zombie foreheads and the mention and spraypainting of "Wolves" here and there.

Maybe these Stepford people are attracting people to offer them to the Wolves in turn for protection or something.

I was slighty disappointed with the first ep. Its pacing is much slower than the original comic but I loved the comic and the story so will continue to watch as Im sure it will get better.

Top TV got this? Big win for them then.

Found it very cool, Started off slowly then BAM, hordes of walking dead.

Can't wait for the next episode :)

I didn't really enjoy episode 2 of season 4. Was expecting a lot more. Oh well i guess that how these next few episodes are going to go.

I'm actually finding season 4 to be a bit slow and disjointed...

This is The Walking Dead pattern... slow pace, build characters episodes... cliffhanger... nothing in next few episodes... then BAM Rick shaves his beard!

And whats with the "A" stamp on the hands?

I agree with you... not enjoying the spoilers as well. don't mind discussing it a day after it's released, but not comparing the comic with tv series.
