So episode 1 of season 7 is gonna be something similar to episode 1 of season 5 and the whole Terminus incident.

Whatever anyone says, its gonna be epic atleast!
 
I doubt they will pickup the scene from where it left off. I am sure they will fast forward a little and create a different situation with things more "stable" under Negan's rule.

Plot will start to unravel as the Alexandrians start to find a way to fight back.

I am sure we will have flash backs to this season finale night so that they can piece together the immediate after effects.

My feeling also...it's time for Rick and co to be slaves for a few episodes. Planning and plotting to commence a couple of episodes in and an escape plus a final confrontation to end the season.

Yup. Might even be far enough down the line for Maggie to already have had the baby.

The Walking Dead Comic-Con panel will take place on Friday, July 22 at 1:00 p.m. PT in Hall H. In addition, AMC will host a The Walking Dead-themed booth (#4237) in the Convention Center, where fans can stop by to take photos of themselves among Negan’s infamous “lineup” from the season six finale.
