Can't see how anyone involved in the show would be allowed to do that so it was probably fans taking a guess?

Everyone that reads the comic already know who it is. The spoiler was a figurine sold at Comic Con that depicted the event.

See my previous post which Neoprod quoted, it basically comes down to I know who Negan is hitting with the bat when the season starts because it was spoiled by a figurine sold at Comic Con.

I think the point is that we know who was killed in the comic, but it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be the same person killed in the show. The show has often strayed a heck of a lot from the comic and has different arcs and deaths often being missed or changed.

I suspect the figurine could even have been made a few years ago after the comic story death (which has similarities to the start of the TV shows Negan arc) but I'd wager it's actually a different person who is killed in the show.
 
^, yeah, I'm also thinking the TV show is going to change from the graphic novel.

I think it's defensible for those people who made the figurine to say, this isn't a spoiler for the TV series - we made it using the graphic novel as source.
 
My guess is still one of Abraham, Glenn or Michonne. I doubt it will be Michonne, but then Ricks relationship with her, might make him go all mental again, and that could be good. Think Abraham is still a good character to move forward with, but not sure about Glenn anymore. Daryl? It all points to him kind of, but would the producers get rid of him now, as that could see ratings drop.
 
Just finished the last season. What I find interesting is the continued interest despite the stupidity of it all.
That monologue to end the show was so moronic but now you have to watch the next episode to see who got bashed.
Take out the leader first would be my guess.

They've kind of wrapped Abrahams story up nicely so good chance its him. But please let it be Glenn, so over his character.

^, Glenn needs to be around when Maggie gives birth to her zombie baby :)

I like Glenn and Maggie...they're the most consistently un-annoying characters on the show.
 
I won't post any spoilers even if it is allowed but once it happens I will report back if they changed it.

Someone is getting their head bashed and there are lots of theories saying he's going to shoot someone too, he's got a gun tucked into his belt. So he bashes Glenn's head in and Abraham goes to save him and takes a bullet. Plausible.
