I watched two YouTube videos on this. one says it is glens pocket watch... another says it is maggie ring. then another video claims that negan is going to kill more than one person and says it is both maggie and glen.
My bet has always been on Abraham. Heard about rumours for a 2nd person. My bet is on Glen, if there is a 2nd person to be killed by Negan.

Personally, if you look at it, they wouldnt kill off Daryl or Michonne right now. Think they are valuable members of the group. Glen is an interesting one, as he has been living a charmed life since the 1st season. Maggie, would they kill her off while she is pregnant? Would be harsh to see that happen.
That leaves Abraham. Again, imo, he is a tough guy, but im yet to understand what he actually brings to the group, apart from what we have seen of him.

I read somewhere on the less savoury parts of the 'net that we will lose more than one character to Lucille during this episode. Not sure if it can be trusted, though.
