CaptainSlog, I get the impression that you can't read and absorb the content of a post! Or more precisely only choose to read parts of a post. I merely tagged on the comment regarding being an adult, due to the fact that I assume the daughter is mature already as she is making decisions relating to getting married, yet this is the part you choose to respond to. The main just of your post was putting the blame on the schools and society for the daughter's views and this was the main just of my response yet you chose to ignore this.

I'm sorry to hear that... I apologise if my post was one of them and if what I said offended you - it was not my intention; simply my opinion. I hope that you're alright and that everything goes well with the wedding.
 
I think blunomore left because "some" posters were not her side, she got exposed as the wicked stepmother and thus has choosen to bow out with a bruised ego. Why else?

Lol@JK8. I was also getting anoyed with all those "what cheese/wine do you like?" threads that bnm started every five minutes. There should be a "way, way off topic" section for that kinda stuff.
