yoh - weighted pullups. LOL. My weighted pulls ups -40kg (resistance band) x 0.5, however, I am 95kg and need to be 80kg as per calc. For 74kg body weight, squats are impressive - don't know about bench press as I wasn't fond it.
No deadlift though ?
